Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Applies to nexatoolpro.com
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. We also use browser storage (local storage), which works in a similar way and is covered by the same rules. This policy covers both.
2. What we use
| Name | Who sets it | Purpose | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| nexa_session | NexaToolPro (first-party cookie) | Keeps you logged in. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Set only after you log in or sign up. | Strictly necessary (no consent needed) | Up to 30 days or until you log out |
| nexa-consent | NexaToolPro (first-party local storage) | Remembers your cookie choice and when you made it, so we do not ask on every page. | Strictly necessary (no consent needed) | Up to 12 months |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells visitors apart to produce visit statistics. | Analytics (only with your consent) | Up to 13 months |
| _ga_2E75FE3VDP | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of a visit for statistics. | Analytics (only with your consent) | Up to 13 months |
| __gads, __gpi, IDE (names can change) | Google (AdSense) | Used by Google to show and measure ads, to limit how often the same ad is shown and, if you agree, to personalise ads. Set only on pages where ads are shown. | Advertising (where the law requires it, only with your consent) | Up to about 13 months |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | May be set only if Cloudflare bot protection or a security check is active, to tell people from bots. | Strictly necessary for security (no consent needed) | Up to 30 minutes (__cf_bm) or up to 1 year (cf_clearance) |
Pages with tools, guides and categories load the Google AdSense script from Google. When ads are shown on a page, Google may set advertising cookies (see the table above). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever else the law requires consent, Google shows a consent message, and advertising cookies and personalised ads are used only if you agree; without your agreement Google may show limited ads without personalisation. See section 8 of the Privacy Policy for how to opt out of personalised ads. We do not use social media pixels or tracking that follows you across other sites for our own purposes. Apart from the AdSense script, we do not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third parties for visitors before they choose, and Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept.
3. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics. "Reject non-essential" and "Accept analytics" are equally easy to use, and the site works the same way whichever you choose. We remember your choice for 12 months, or until we change this policy in a way that needs to ask you again. You can change or withdraw it at any time: or use "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you withdraw, we remove the Google Analytics cookies.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and do not ask you.
4. Google Analytics
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2E75FE3VDP), a service of Google, receives the pages you open, how long you stay, approximate location, browser and device type. IP anonymisation is on, Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and the data is kept up to 14 months. Google may process it in countries outside yours, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the log-in cookie you cannot stay logged in, but the tools that do not need an account keep working. Instructions are in the help pages of your browser.
6. Changes and contact
If we change the cookies we use, we update this page and its date, and ask for your choice again where needed. Questions: [email protected].
