Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

By using nexatoolpro.com or creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.

2. The service

NexaToolPro provides online tools for PDF, images, calculators, converters, text, generators and AI. The file tools run in your browser. Tools marked Coming soon are not available. We may add, change, limit or remove tools, free limits and features at any time. The service is provided free of charge unless a plan is clearly offered and you accept its price. No paid plan is currently active.

3. Your account

Keep your password secret and tell us at once about any misuse of your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or others at risk.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or the rights of others; to process content you have no right to use; to send malware, to attack, probe or overload the service; to bypass limits (for example by creating many accounts or automated requests); to scrape the site in a way that harms it; or to create or spread unlawful, abusive, deceptive or sexually explicit content, especially involving minors. For AI tools do not request content that is illegal or harmful, and do not enter other people's private data without a right to do so.

5. Your files and content

You keep all rights in your files and text. The browser tools process them on your device and we do not receive them. For AI tools the text you enter is sent to an AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to use what you process and that doing so does not break any law or third-party right.

6. Tool results and no professional advice

Results are provided to help you, without any promise that they are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Check anything important. Health calculators (such as BMI, BMR and calories) are general estimates and not medical advice or a diagnosis. Financial calculators, currency rates and the invoice generator are for information and convenience; they are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and exchange rates are indicative mid-market rates that update about once a day. Invoices you create are your responsibility, including whether they meet the rules that apply to you. AI answers can be wrong, out of date or biased and must be checked before you rely on them. Converted documents (for example PDF to Word or Excel) may differ from the original, so review them.

7. Intellectual property and third-party software

The site, its design, text and code are owned by NexaToolPro or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes, but may not copy, resell or republish the site or its content without permission. Some components are open-source or third-party software under their own licences (for example PDF.js and pdf-lib), and exchange rates are provided by ExchangeRate-API. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email [email protected].

Third-party links and advertising. The site may contain links to other websites and may show advertisements served by third parties such as Google. We do not control those sites or advertisements and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance or stop the service.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we give no warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NexaToolPro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business, or for loss caused by relying on tool results or AI answers. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free use). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, for example for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Paid plans and refunds

If paid plans are offered, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you pay. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell you on the site or by email, and by continuing to use the service after the change you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including the right to go to the courts of that country.

14. General

If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. They are written in English, and the English text prevails over any translation.
