    About Organize PDF

A scanned packet or combined report may have pages in the wrong order. The Organize PDF tool lets you build a new page sequence using page numbers, while keeping the original file unchanged.

    How to use Organize PDF

    1. Select a PDF and note the page count shown beside the file name.
    2. Enter the page numbers in the order the new document should use. For example, 3,1,2 puts the third page first.
    3. Leave out a number to remove that page from the new copy. Keep at least one page.
    4. If needed, enter page rotations such as 2:90,4:180.
    5. Choose Organize and download, then review the output PDF.

    Related tools and checks

Use Delete PDF Pages when you only want to remove pages, Rotate PDF when you only want to turn them and Split PDF when you want separate files. Open the finished PDF and scroll through it, because it is easy to type a wrong number. Your original file does not change, so you can try again from the start.
